A valid government issued ID is required to pick up tickets and for entry. Expired ID's will not be accepted.
Seating is not guaranteed and not available for all shows.
We do not have a box office at the Venue. Presale tickets are available on harlows.com and some shows at The Beat on 17th and J Street in midtown.
